General Director of United Airports of Georgia since 2025, Mr. Moseshvili has over 20 years of experience in aviation management, he brings a wealth of knowledge in airport planning, operations, and auditing, including expertise in both airports and heliports. Before assuming his current role, Mr. Moseshvili led the Aerodromes and Airports Department at the Civil Aviation Agency for 12 years. His extensive career includes holding key managerial positions at the United Transport Administration of Georgia, Tbilisi International Airport, Sakarenonavigatsia, and TAV Georgia. Levan Moseshvili is actively engaged in the planning and development processes of international aviation organizations, as well as European and Middle Eastern airports, where he serves as an invited expert. He has represented Georgia on prominent platforms, including the EASA Aerodrome Thematic Advisory Body (ADR.Teb), the EUROCONTROL Airport Operations Team (AOT), and the LSSIP initiative. Mr. Moseshvili worked as a representative and technical expert in the ICAO Regional Working Group on Aerodrome Operations (EUR/NAT-RWGAO), where he played a pivotal role in shaping aerodrome operational standards. Currently, he continues to engage with ICAO working groups, helping to advance safety objectives across the European region and ensuring the highest standards in aviation operations.
